Safeguarding + Safety
Safeguarding + Safety
North Wales Slalom's main concern is its members' safety- This includes primarily the paddlers on the water, on flat or white water, as well as bankside supporters. Through safety training such as throwline technique practice, safety briefs to paddlers, and on-hand experience, as well as having experienced safety boat paddlers on the water with our paddlers, we create a safe and comfortable environment for paddlers to thrive.
For more information you can view our safeguarding policy, documents and procedures here.
Our safeguarding is there for paddlers, parents, and coaches both on and off the water.
